Bounce Group

Bounce Group

This program is structured for children in the age group 5 to 7 years. Special emphasis is given to teaching basic skills like throwing, catching the ball and other ball skills as well as hand-eye co-ordination tasks and tennis games for children. The entire program is structured in such a way that the children thoroughly enjoy participating and in doing so build up their fundamental tennis skills on which they can progress to becoming champions later on. They gradually progress to Junior group based on their progress and performance.

Junior Group
This program is designed for children in the age group 7 to 10 years. In this program the emphasis continues to be on imparting techniques and skill lessons along with drills and exercises to build stamina, endurance, strength and reflexes. This program is the starting step to become a serious tennis player. During the course of this program the student is constantly monitored and evaluated by the coaches to correct any mistakes and also to point out their strong points so that they can build on it.

Intermediate Group
This program is intended for children in the age group 10 to 14 years. The main focus of this program is on techniques and skill lessons that will mould the student into a complete and competent player over time as the student progresses to the higher program levels

Senior Group
This program is meant for students below the age group of 16 years and who have satisfactorily performed in the intermediate group training program. This program aims at taking the students game to the next level and enhance their skills to the maximum. It is during this program that the students are trained for participating in competitive environments. They are comprehensively trained both physically and mentally to be able to use their skills to their maximum capability in tournaments as well as in their normal training programs. The coaches intensify their training so that each student gets the maximum opportunity to hone their skills as well as develop their physical strength and endurance.

Individual Specialized Coaching
In this program personalized and special individual attention is given to the player to coach and develop them step by step up to a professional level where they can participate and compete in state, inter state and national tournaments.

Adult Beginners Programme

Adult Beginners Programme

This is a program meant for adults who are interested in learning the game, maybe to become a competent player or just to keep physically fit or just for enjoyment of the sport. Whatever the reason, tennis is a sport that almost everyone would enjoy playing no matter the age. This program is therefore designed in such a way that it starts training everyone from the basic level and as each adult improves in skill they are moved onto a higher level. This program works on the assumption that the adults will make their choice of what kind of players they want to become - professional tennis players or just playing for physical fitness or just for the sheer enjoyment of playing a sport.

Advanced Players Programme
This program is specifically designed for advanced players who are skilled and competent and who may be state or national level players. They will get individual attention from the coaches and will also be playing against several of the professional coaches at the academy. This program focuses on identifying the core skills and strong points of the players, as well as their weak points. Special emphasis is given to fine tuning their strong points and turning their weak points into strong points for them. They will also be made aware of the different training regimens of the top tennis player in the world.

This is mainly targeted at the individuals who want more than just gym activities. With this program they can not only have fun and learn the game but also get into the fitness and exercise program to maintain the fitness and increase stamina.
